Sensitive Skin Care

Today in my blog will take you all through some simple ways including some home remedies for sensitive skin. Well we all at some point of time suffer from skin rashes blemishes and dry patches.

These breakouts or rashes usually happens due to irregular skin care, using expired skin care products, not using the right product suitable for your skin and too much exposure to UV rays. Usually sensitive skin is little difficult to take care as our skin behaves adversely time to time and from season to season. If you have a dry sensitive skin with a little oily T-zone, it's makes your task more difficult.

During summers, you will get dry patches around your chin area or near to your eyes just below the eye circles. Basically rashes or dry patches appear from middle of your face till your chin. Don't panic. It happens. Sometimes you will also see acne type tiny pimples bulging out just below the epidermis of your skin and your skin will feel itchy and face looks bloated.

First and foremost, always keep yourself hydrated. Drink at-least 8-9 glasses of water through out the day to auto cleanse your body and sweat glands. Secondly given below are few home made packs which works wonders on our skin.
Don't use any kind of makeup like applying foundation or compact during this time as it will breakout your skin more.

These are few home made face packs you can use regularly to avoid breakouts and dry patches.

A) Ripe Papaya and Yogurt pack - Take 3 tablespoons of hung yogurt/curd (hung curd is the thick curd we have after the excess water is removed) and 3-4 medium pieces of ripe Papaya and make a paste of the two with 4-5 drops of lemon (acts as preservative) in a blender and store it in a airtight container in refrigerator. The paste has to be thick enough to hold on to your face. Apply it with a soft brush all over your face and neck. Keep it for about 10-15 minutes and rinse off.

B) Honey Oatmeal and Milk exfoliating mask - Take 3 table spoon of plain Oats (available in market) and blend it into powder form. Then blend it well with 3-4 table spoon of Honey and cold milk. The paste should be consistent and keep it aside for 3-4 mins, till the honey and milk is soaked by raw oats. If the paste become too thik then mix a little more milk. This paste will suffice for a week or two in refrigerator. Apply this pack and exfoliate slowly in circular motion avoiding the eye area. Keep this pack till it dries then rinse off with cold water. While rinsing, again slowly exfoliate your skin in circular motion. You will get a real clean and soft feeling. You can max exfoliate your skin couple of times a week.

C) Yogurt Pack - If you have red rashes and patches on your skin and need an immediate relief. Just dab some cold yogurt on your skin and leave for 5-10 minutes and rinse off.

One best remedy for red rashes or dry patches is  using a very light Aloevera and vitamin E cream. There are few pocket friendly creams available in market like one is Alovee Face Cream. Alovee is a homeopathic cream which has Glycerin, Aloevera extract and Vitamin E. This is a very rare combination to get in any other creams in the market. This cream has a very light texture and suitable for all seasons. This cream will give you instant relief within 48 hours to the rashes and dry patches. This is personally used and tested by me and it worked wonders.

Let me know your views on this. Would love to hear back from you all. Have a lovely life.
